Debbie Azama-Park

 
 
Debbie fell in love with yoga sixteen years ago at her first class.  Yoga focuses on awareness of the body and breathing, which she loved.  The benefits of yoga practice were unlimited, especially since she had developed lower back pain.  Yoga has helped her strengthen and maintain her body and her mind.  Debbie studied under Master Trainers, Stephanie Adams and Claudia Micco with YogaFit.  She has also studied under Swami Shivalingam Saraswati, founder and teacher of the Yoga Meditation Center in Nepal.  Inspired by all techniques, her classes are a combination of Hatha/Kriya yoga.

Currently she is an instructor at Punahou Spa, 24 Hour Fitness and Definition.  She will be completing her 200-hr RYT in 2009.
