NATE HO is the founder of PERFORMANCE FITNESS HAWAII and is one of the Definition Studio's performance enhancement specialists. For the past 10 years, Nate has worked as a personal trainer, helped develop and lead successful teams for 24 Hour Fitness as an assistant fitness manger and fitness manager. He is also active within Hawaii's, growing soccer community by currently working as an assistant boy's coach for Punahou Schools and as the current head goalkeeping/assistant coach for Chaminade University men's soccer. Nate was also featured as a weekly guest on the KHNL morning show as a life styles consultant from December 2009-May 2010. Prior to opening Performance Fitness Hawaii in April of 2008, Nate served as a fitness Manager for one of the 24 hour Fitness clubs in Hawaii. PERFORMANCE FITNESS was founded in April 2008, in order to provide a more private environment in which our clients could be comfortable learning at an individual pace. Nate, also wanted to provided a environment for young athletes to be able to excel in sports by providing them with the sports performance facility; equipped with top of the line equipment, quality instructors, full nutritional/supplement programs (DotFit) and provided them with a resource library based on cutting edge health and fitness (books, cd-roms, online courses/videos, online tech support).



PERFORMANCE FITNESS was created in order to help people and empower them to reach their fitness goal through understanding and education. We focus on each client as an individual and by providing quality education, passionate coaching and an environment, which promotes growth without distractions. Performance Fitness has no membership fees, no unnecessary equipment, no products to sell and no GIMICKS! All we provide is RESULTS!

We perform detailed assessments that provide us with the necessary information for your initial program design strategy and continually modify to fit your needs. As you continue on you fitness venture you will be able to do the following:
